Herkimer County Offices

The 105,000 square foot new building project included consolidation of Courts, Department of Social Services, Public Health Nursing, Mental Health, Stop DWI, Industrial Development Agency, Employment and Training, District Attorney, Family Court, and 911.

The project started with space needs study for the consolidation of administrative space, social services, public health, nursing, district attorney, 911 into over 100,000 sf downtown facility.  Construction cost: $18,000,000. Site selection looked into over 8 possible sites which were evaluated by RSA Architects.
