Empire Federal Credit Union Master Planning

The facilities master plan examined the client’s current and 10-year projected programmatic space needs for Empire Federal Credit Union’s main branch and headquarters.  Three design options were explored.  The solutions were based on data gathering and analysis.  The solutions would consolidate the credit union’s operations from two buildings to one building and improve site circulations for optimum efficiency.  The options explored the reorganization and consolidation of various departments that would best serve the credit union’s members.
