RSA was selected to design this project by the State Education Department and State Dormitory Authority. The project was run under the supervision of the State Dormitory Authority. The work includes a new addition of 11 classrooms, cultural hall & gymnasium as well as redesign of the existing school to meet expanding needs. Site expansion for new parking, bus drop off, soccer and play fields were also part of the project. This project received a CNY AIA Design Award.

Project construction cost was $8,600,000.
